![]() ![]() Volunteers are important in the success and philosophical roots of credit unions. AllWealth is always interested in recruiting volunteers for positions on the Board of Directors and Committees. Contact the Credit Union if you are interested in volunteering. There are several levels of commitment to match your available time - from an hour a month to several days per month. Contact the Manager if you are interested in serving in any capacity as a volunteer. Depending on the position, the Nominating Committee or the Board of Directors will review your application and arrange for appointment or a vote of the membership as required. Our Board of Directors consists of 9 volunteers.
Michael McDulin - President
In 1980, Michael began employment with the City of Hamilton where he is presently the Commissioner of Taxation. He is a graduate of Miami University and a Certified Public Accountant. He is a past President of the Southwest Ohio Tax Administrators Association. Michael enjoys the outdoors and time with his family.

Michael Engel - Treasurer
Michael worked for the City of Hamilton beginning in 1975 in positions including Income Tax Auditor, Income Tax Commissioner, and Treasurer. Upon retiring from Hamilton in 2005 he went to work for the City of Trenton as Treasurer. In 1974, Michael graduated from Miami University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He is a Certified Public Financial Administrator since 2001, and a member of the United States Association of Public Treasurers, the Ohio Association of Public Treasurers, the Government Finance Officers Association, and the Greater Cincinnati Finance Officers Association. Mike enjoys time with his wife of thirty-four years, and his four daughters.
Donald Huber - Director
Before retiring, Don worked for the City of Hamilton in Organizational Development. He served as Associate Dean at the University of Cincinnati in the areas of business and industry training and development for five years; and thirty years at Duke Energy (formerly Cincinnati Gas and Electric Co.). He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance and Banking from Miami University and a Master of Business Administration. Don is a member of the Hamilton Rotary Club, Greater Cincinnati Human Resources Association and Leadership Hamilton. He is interested in golf, boating, and skiing; and enjoys spending time with his grandchildren and church activities. Melissa Johnson-Gabbard - Director
Employed by the City of Hamilton Department of Economic Development as a Development Specialist, Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Urban & Regional and Geography from Miami University. Melissa's community commitments includes being a member of the Community Improvement Corporation, Hamilton Vision Commission, Mohawk Paper Community Advisory Panel, Greater Hamilton Chamber of Commerce Expo Committee, Ohio Economic Development Association, and Brownfields Finance Partnership.
Teresa Jones - Director
Employed by the City of Hamilton Health Department, Teresa holds the position of a Public Health Sanitarian. Prior to working for the City of Hamilton, she was a Health Inspector for Butler and Warren County Health Departments. Teresa worked for twelve years at the Department of Energy - Mound Plant in Miamisburg, Ohio doing work in the Material Science - Metallurgy Research and Development Laboratory. Teresa holds an Associate Degree in Engineering Technology from Miami University and a Bachelor of Science Degree from Wright State University. She is Secretary for P.A.C.E., a professional organization that provides training of Code Enforcement. Teresa also enjoys working with the Credit Union's Marketing Committee. Jane Winkler - Director
Employed by the City of Hamilton for twenty-six years, Jane holds the position of Laboratory Supervisor. She held a position for Butler County in the same capacity for six years before joining the City of Hamilton. Jane holds a degree in Microbiology from Miami University. She belongs to the Great Hamilton Civic Theatre, the Ohio Water Environment Association, the Water Environment Association, and the American Water Works Association. She serves in leadership positions for GHCT and OWEA mentioned above. Jane also is a member of Water and Wastewater Laboratory Validation and Examination Committee for the Association of Boards of Certification, an international organization that provides standards for certification of environmental professionals. She has received awards in these areas as well. Jane is an enthusiast for theatre and is involved in productions both on stage and off. She is an Usher at the Aronoff Theatre in Cincinnati and was previously a member of the Harmonettes Women Barbershop Chorus and the Family Ties Quartet along with her mother, sister Barb, and aunt Connie.
