In accordance with federal law, USA Patriot Act, AllWealth Federal Credit Union is required to obtain, verify and record information proving the identity of every person opening or signing on a new account. This includes, but is not limited to a member, joint member, parent, guardian, custodian, authorized signer, guarantor, organization, authorized user, and power of attorney.

When opening a new account, all parties will be required to present two forms of identification to AllWealth FCU. A copy of identification presented will be confidentially retained in file. Acceptable forms of identification include, but are not limited to a valid driver's license, social security card, and state identification card. Failure to provide such identification will prohibit the account from being opened and/or financial transactions from being performed. A new account includes any formal banking relationship with AllWealth FCU.
